How Does the Purdy Dental Membership Plan Work?
When you opt for our Purdy Dental Membership Plan, you will choose the option that is right for your child. We have a Toddler Plan (2 & under), Child Plan (3-12), and Teen Plan (13+), so there is an option for your child no matter what age group they fall into. Once you select the plan that your child needs, you will need to pay one annual fee to gain access to preventive care and discounts on other dental treatments that your child may need.

When you pay the annual fee for your child’s Purdy Dental Membership Plan, they gain access to quality pediatric dental care at a lower cost to you. You can expect the membership to last an entire year. Additionally, each plan is created with your child’s age in mind, so you won’t be paying for services that they won’t need.
What Services Are Included in the Purdy Dental Membership Plan?
When you sign up for the Purdy Dental Membership Plan, you will receive the following as part of the
Toddler Plan
($190/yr)
- 2 Oral exams per year to check growth and development
- Nutritional counseling and hygiene education
- 1 emergency exam as needed with x-ray per year
- 20% off additional treatment
- (some exclusions may apply)
- Most HSA & FSA cards accepted
Child Plan
($390/yr)
- 2 cleanings per year
- Fluoride treatment with cleaning
- 2 Oral exams per year to check growth and development
- Nutritional counseling and hygiene education
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 2 sets of routine X-rays per year
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year
- 20% off additional treatment

Teen Plan
($490/yr)
- 2 cleanings per year
